Additionally, students benefit from mentorship and training by 3 Merited Workers of Physical Culture of Ukraine, 7 Honored Coaches of Ukraine, 2 Merited Masters of Sports, 2 Masters of Sports of International Class, and 28 Masters of Sports of Ukraine. Many of the Academy’s educators have received national awards for their professional achievements.
The Academy boasts a well-developed material and technical base that includes two academic buildings, seven specialized sports halls, an indoor track-and-field arena with synthetic surface, the “Slavutych” sports complex, a swimming pool, a stadium, and a water sports facility — all of which create excellent conditions for training professionals in the physical culture and sports sector.
Each year, the Academy hosts the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Key Directions in the Development of Physical Culture, Sports, and Physical Rehabilitation”, which gathers researchers and faculty members from dozens of universities in Ukraine and abroad.
The Academy maintains close scientific ties with educational institutions across Ukraine and internationally. It is a member of the International Association of Universities of Physical Culture and Sports, which unites institutions from Europe and Asia specializing in physical education and sport training.
Moreover, the Academy actively cooperates with the International Olympic Committee, is a member of the European Network of Specialized Higher Education Institutions, and maintains strong partnerships with leading educational and research centers in the field of physical education and sports in the CIS countries and worldwide.

The dormitory facilities at the Prydniprovsk State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports are designed to provide students with a comfortable and supportive living environment.
The Academy’s student residence is a multi-story building of the block type, conveniently located near the main academic buildings and sports facilities. Each block includes fully furnished rooms equipped with beds, wardrobes, desks, and bedding. Shared bathrooms are available within each block, and the dormitory is provided with reliable utilities, including heating and hot water.
For daily needs and recreation, the dormitory features communal kitchens on each floor, equipped with gas stoves and sinks, allowing students to prepare their own meals. A laundry room is available on-site, as well as recreation areas and quiet study rooms with internet access, supporting both academic and personal development.
The security and maintenance of the dormitory are a priority: the facility is under regular supervision, and access is monitored. The living conditions are clean, safe, and organized to support a healthy lifestyle—an essential aspect of life at a physical culture and sports academy.
