REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
For Application
The student should send following documents to start the process of admission:
- copy of the international passport
- copy of the High School Certificate (Complete Secondary Education Certificate) with transcripts
- copy of the Bachelor’s degree certificate with transcripts (if applying for Master’s course)
- copy of the Bachelor’s& Master’s degree certificates with transcripts (if applying for PhD course)
For Invitation letter
The student should send following documents to receive the invitation letter:
- copy of the international passport (valid for not less than 1,5 year)
- copy of the High School Certificate (Complete Secondary Education Certificate) with transcripts
- copy of the Bachelor’s degree certificate with transcripts (if applying for Master’s course)
- copy of the Bachelor’s& Master’s degree certificates with transcripts (if applying for PhD course)
- signed consent to personal data collection and processing
NB! All listed documents are to be scanned properly and clearly readable.

Generally required documents for the visa are following:
1) passport that should meet the following requirements:
be valid for at least three months after the stated date of departure from Ukraine;
have at least two blank visa designated pages;
have a validity period of no longer than ten years;
2) one coloured photo 35 mm x 45 mm;
3) valid health insurance with coverage of at least 30,000 EUR or equivalent in other currency. When a multi-entry visa is requested, availability of health insurance valid for the first intended visit to Ukraine shall be considered. Holders of diplomatic or service passport shall be exempt from this requirement;
4) proof of the sufficient financial amount for the intended period of stay and return to the country of origin, or transit to a third country, or the possibility to legally obtain sufficient financial means on the territory of Ukraine (at the rate of 1800 USD per 30 days stay).
5) payment of consular fee, unless otherwise stipulated by legislation or international treaties of Ukraine.
6) invitation letter from the university.
NB! Please be informed that all educational documents must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country in which the document was issued and legalized/bear Apostle stamp of the Ukrainian Embassy in student’s country.
For Admisison after arrival
Following documents should be submitted after arrival to proceed with the admission to the university:
- passport with a valid student visa, and its notarized Ukrainian translation;
- a certificate of complete secondary education with a transcript (original and copy) with an apostille/legalization and a notarized translation into Ukrainian;
- birth certificate (original and copy) with a translation into Ukrainian;
- health certificate, general fitness certificate (which is valid for admission for two months from the date of issue) with a translation into Ukrainian;
- a certificate of a negative HIV test result (valid for two months from the date of its issue) with a translation into Ukrainian;
- 12 photos passport size 3.5 by 4.5 cm.
