As soon as students get a student visa, they need to start arranging your travel to Ukraine. Before leaving the country of residence, the student should inform us about the exact date of arrival in Ukraine and the entry point at least 7 days before the arriving date. Currently, entry to Ukraine is carried out through a transit third country. After direct air flights are resumed, flight number, dates and times of arrival, will be needed as well.
We will prepare a special “letter for meeting” which is to be sent to migration authorities for facilitating the process of crossing Ukrainian border. Without this letter the student will be forbidden to enter Ukraine.
We always meet our all students at any arrival point in Ukraine and we shall make arrangement of transportation from there to University. It is compulsory for every student to inform us about his/her flight details because if our representative doesn’t receive student, student shall be deported back to homeland.
