    Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (full name is Private Joint-Stock Company “Higher education institution “Interregional Academy of Personnel Management”) is a private higher educational and scientific institution. Interregional Academy of Personnel Management is the biggest economic and humanitarian higher educational institution of Ukraine.

    Academy includes Presidential University (Kyiv), Ukrainian University (over 40 institutes, branches and subsidiaries in all regions of Ukraine) and International Open University (International Preparatory Institute in Kyiv, network of IAPM open education centres abroad).

    History

    Interregional Academy of Personnel Management was established in 1989 as a non-governmental higher education and research institution focused on management and business issues. Since 1991, MAUP has published the Personnel magazine and the Personnel Plus newspaper. In 2008, the U.S. State Department published its “Contemporary Global Anti-Semitism: A Report Provided to the United States Congress” and singled out MAUP when it stated the organization “is one of the most persistent anti-Semitic institutions in Eastern Europe.”

    Interregional Academy of Personnel Management asserts that “Under the results of Sophiya Kyivska, the Rating of Higher Education Establishments in Ukraine (2000), and International Open Popularity and Quality Rating (1998–2000) IRAPM was recognized as the best non-state higher education establishment in Ukraine.”

    The educational process in Interregional Academy of Personnel Management is provided by over 2,300 teachers, 70% of whom have Ph. Degree. Here study students from 39 countries, of 17 specialties, 93 specializations, 8 disciplines

    Today Interregional Academy of Personnel Management is the leader in private education in Ukraine. The Academy is licensed by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine (License number AE 458585 from 07.28.2014), including the providing of educational services to foreigners. IAPM is accredited by IV (higher) level of all licensed specialties.

    Interregional Academy of Personnel Management is included in the World Database on Higher Education, which is regularly issued by the International Association of universities under UNESCO auspices.

    Accommodation

    The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management provides student accommodation in four dormitories: one block-type and three corridor-type dormitories. The rooms are designed for two, three, or four residents, offering students a range of options to suit their preferences.

    Each room is fully equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living and studying, including beds, desks, chairs, wardrobes, and a refrigerator. Bathrooms, shower rooms, and kitchens are located on each floor in sufficient quantity to meet the needs of all residents. Internet access is available for an additional fee.

    The dormitory complex also includes sports and fitness facilities, a café, a convenience store, and a hair salon, ensuring that students have access to essential services and recreational opportunities on-site. Cleanliness and order are maintained at a consistently high level thanks to the efficient and well-coordinated work of administrators, cleaners, and security personnel. The hostel provides a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment that contributes positively to student life.
